Intro
Ground Fault Systems BV is a designer and manufacturer of Residual Current Devices (RCD) for Ground Fault Protection and Earth Leakage Detection. As shown in the image, we produce a wide variety of ground fault protection units and their accessories. These units have a wide range of settings, making it easy to find the correct unit for your job.
History
The company started at Rigtersbleek-Aalten, Enschede in 1992. Through the following years names and ownerships changed but we never lost the core principle of building and designing long-lasting and quality products.
Production and testing
All products are produced and tested in-house at our plant in Enschede, The Netherlands. Our team ensures that our products stay top quality by using the best components and production standards. We use multiple small machines to populate our printed circuit boards, to have the abillity to produce multiple types of units side by side. Our automatic test system tests 100% of the features of every unit produced. This test is performed twice, before and after potting with polyurethane. These rigorous extensive tests ensure the best possible quality and reliability of our products.
Design
We have a solid design team that keeps the company dynamic and helps us future-proofing our products. If the customer cannot find a unit with the right mix of settings and features, in our wide range of products in the Catalogue, we can design a custom, tailor-made product.

Some of these units are certified as a family for example the DGF7 family. We certified the total range of possible options. This means we can now pick and choose which options are needed for a particular DGF7-unit, making it easy for tailor made solutions to specific customer requirements.
